About Fansector Roofing and How Referrals Work

Request an estimate from a provider

Who We Are

Fansector Roofing is a referral service for homeowners with roof problems. That is all we are. We are a go-between, not a roofing company. When a roof starts to worry you, we help you find a local provider who can take a proper look.

Why This Service Exists

Every roof has history. A house in Manassas may have seen decades of humid summers, nor'easters and freeze-thaw winters. Along the way, someone may have patched a flashing or layered new shingles over old ones. Those details matter, and they are easy to lose.

Finding a roofer while stressed is hard. Search results look alike, and it is tough to know who is local and available. We built Fansector Roofing to make that first step simpler.

How the Matching Works

It starts with a short conversation or a request form. We ask what you see, how old the roof is, and what has been done to it before. Then we connect you with an independent provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of job.

The provider takes it from there. They schedule a visit, inspect the roof and give you a written quote. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
  • Explain their findings in plain language
  • Put quotes in writing before work begins
  • Respect your decision, whether you say yes or not yet

We do not run the providers' businesses, and we do not supervise their jobs. You should still check credentials and ask questions before you hire anyone.

What We Do Not Do

We do not install, repair or replace roofs. We do not set prices, and we do not promise what a provider will find. We also do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask a provider whether they can help document the damage for a claim.

How the Service Is Paid For

Fansector Roofing does not bill homeowners for the connection. Providers in the network pay a referral fee when we send them a homeowner who is looking for work. Your quote is between you and the provider, and you owe nothing to us for asking.

Start with a Look

If your roof is old, damaged or just making you nervous, the first step is simple. Tell us what is going on, and we will connect you with a local provider who can come and see it.
