How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches out to Fansector Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • What it was like to call or contact Fansector Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Fansector Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@fansector.world and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we learned and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
